Use support@rainbarrelworks.shop for tank, collector and request enquiries. Please name the tank or accessory SKU and include any existing request reference. A description such as “the large green tank” can leave several specifications unresolved.

For a layout question, provide the measured width and height available, downpipe diameter and profile, and the intended inlet connection. Tell us whether a stand is part of the plan. Column 58 belongs to Column 210; the Divert 25 collector needs its specified 75 mm round downpipe and matching tank inlet.

For a delivery concern, describe damage to the shell, lid, tap area or collector parts and keep the packing available. Send only information relevant to the enquiry. This email also accepts requests to correct submitted contact details or discuss a return before moving a vessel back.
